Floor Area between 1200 sq ft to 1400 sq ft and between 1000 sq ft to 1200 sqft. |

Condominiums near to MRT stations ( about 10 minutes of walking distance) will be preferred. |
|
Tentative locations for the condominiums are: Little India /Boon Keng/Toa Payoh/Bradel/Bishan/Commonwealth/Bona vista/Dover/ Balestier Road/Moulmain/ Novena MRT etc, Other locations will also be considered depending up on suitability. |

| Facilities available in the condominium such as swimming pool, gymnasium etc., should be furnished. |
|
| Price per sq ft and all inclusive total price for each apartment with break up of price should be furnished. |
|
| The details regarding whether freehold or lease hold should be furnished. |
|
| If the condominium is under construction, the probable date of completion should be furnished. If it is an existing condo, the probable date of handing over of the building should be furnished. |

| Builders/Selling agents/Owners of condominiums should submit their offer in detail. In addition they should also submit a tabular form as under: |
