How can I obtain an SBI Singapore ATM Card? |

SBI Singapore will issue you an ATM card once you open a saving or current account with us. You can also obtain add-on cards by submitting a request through internet banking or at any SBI Singapore branch. |

Your ATM card can be used at SBI Singapore ATMs in Singapore and the ATM5 network. |

Can I use SBI Singapore ATM Card overseas locations? |
| |
Yes, SBI Singapore ATM cards can be used overseas on all ATMs which display MasterCard, Maestro or Cirrus logos. |

How much can I withdraw from the ATM using SBI Singapore ATM Card? From which accounts I can draw money through SBI ATM ? |

You can withdraw upto SGD 2,000 per day from our ATMs in Singapore and equivalent thereof overseas. |

You can draw money from you Savings Bank and Current account which are linked to your ATM card. In ATM two types of accounts are shown as account option. If only one type account is linked with your ATM card, you can choose either Savings or Current account to do the transaction. |

What are the other services I can avail by using SBI Singapore ATM Card? Can I use it at POS ? |

Currently your SBI Singapore ATM card gives you access to the following services: |

POS – SBI Singapore ATM card is a debit card, which can be used at Master Card POS. The daily limit is SGD 2000.00 |

Are there any charges for SBI Singapore ATM Card? |
| |
Currently there are no charges for SBI Singapore ATM services. Also there is no service fee for transactions done on State Bank Group ATMs in India. |

However, for transactions done on other banks’ ATMs outside Singapore, there will be a service fee of SGD 3 for cash withdrawal and SGD 1 for other non-financial transactions. |

How secure it is to do a transaction on SBI Singapore ATM? |

We use Industry standard security to ensure security of all transactions done through our ATMs. |

What should I do if the ATM retains my SBI Singapore ATM Card? |
