How can I log in to Internet Banking ? What should I do if I face problems while logging into SBI internet banking? |

Ensure that your computer is connected to the internet” rather than “ensure that your LAN/ISP connected to internet. |

What is my ID & Password for login? |
| |
Once you register for the Internet banking service with us, SBIS will hand over / send you a Login ID and hardware secure device. The Internet Banking PIN will be sent to your registered address separately. Your Internet Banking will be activated after 48 hours of your receiving the Login ID. |

Can I change my ID/Password? |
| |
You are allowed to change your user ID only once. For changing the user ID, login with the user ID and password provided and select change user ID. Follow the instructions given. You can change your password by selecting change password under My Profile. |

What should I do if I forget my ID and password? |
| |
If you have forgotten your user id and password, please mail us the completed form (click here to download the form ) for reissue of new user id and password. The new username and password will be mailed to you at your stated address. |

How can I apply for SBI internet Banking? |

Download the registration form, complete the form and submit it at your branch. Your registration formalities are complete, after your details are verified and authenticated by the branch. You can also register for the Internet banking service with any of our branch. |

What are the charges for SBI internet banking? |
| |
SBIS internet banking services is free of charge. However, standard charges will apply for some services such as Cashiers Order, Demand Draft, Stop payment of cheque. Please refer to our charges document for detailed list of charges. |

Which type of fund transfers can be done on internet banking? |

The Fund Transfer option lets you transfer money between your self / linked SBIS accounts at any time. You can also transfer money to any third party account with SBIS or any other bank in Singapore. You have the choice of three options: you can make a fund transfer now, enter a date when you want your fund transfer to be made or set it up as a regularly recurring payment. |

Can my address and other details be changed through SBI internet banking? |

Yes, you can change your mailing address through SBIS internet banking. You can also update your email id (for non financial transactions), contact telephone number. However, please note that you cannot change your hand phone number registered for receiving SMS OTP. For changing the hand phone number you have to send an application to Relationship Manager. |

How secure is my Password? |

SBIS never transmits your Password unencrypted. Your password is encrypted before transmission using Java applet and 128-Bit SSL encryption. SBI uses HSM to ensure high security in Internet Banking. |

| |
2FA is Second Factor Authentication. All SBIS internet banking users are required to input a one-time password for login. |

Why do I need to have a SBI internet banking 2FA Device to access SBI internet Banking? |
| |
All SBIS internet banking customers are required to provide their User ID and PIN combination and a one-time password (OTP). This process of authentication is to validate the claimed identity of the customer by verifying ‘what the customer knows’ and ‘what the customer has’. |

What are the benefits of 2FA device? |

Every one-time password is unique, has a validity of few minutes, can be used only once, in conjunction with users internet banking ID and password. |

All SBIS internet banking customers will be issued with a 2FA device. This will be sent by mail / issued across the counter at the time of opening of account. |

The first token will be issued free of cost and should last 5-years before replacement. However, there will be replacement cost of SGD 10, for lost tokens. |

For Self / linked accounts, select option Fund Transfer, Self Account Transfers. |

For all 3rd party transfers, select Add Beneficiary and add the payee by following the instructions given. Next select Fund transfers, Third party transfers and follow the online instructions. |

When will the funds be available in the receiving account after I make an immediate funds transfer? |

All immediate fund transfer within SBIS, the fund transfer will be affected immediately. |

All fund transfer to other banks in Singapore, will be effected in about 2-3 business days. |

Can I assign a future date for a 3rd Party funds transfer? |

Yes, a future date of upto one year can be assigned for 3rd party fund transfers. |

How will I know if a future transfer is successful? |

The transaction status can be checked from the internet banking. In case of an unsuccessful transaction, a mail will be sent to your internet banking inbox. |

Yes, for saved transfers select Fund Transfer, Saved Transfer and delete. For pending transfers select Fund Transfer, Pending Transfers and stop transfer. |

Please visit our nearest branch, and provide the full transaction details to enable us to retrieve the funds transferred to the wrong account. Please note that we might not always be able to recover mis-transferred money. |
