Complaint handling
At SBI, we are committed to ensure the Best Customer Service. If, at any stage, you feel that our service levels are not up to your expectations, here is what you can do:

Customers who wish to provide feedback or send in their complaint may use the following Channels available with the Bank:

  • Speak to our Customer Service Manager or Branch Manager
  • Dial 1800-724 7464 / 6228 1116 to feedback to our Customer Care Executives or email to contactus@sbising.com
  • Complete the Feedback Form available at all our branches and drop it in the Feedback Box or visit our website https://www.sbising.com/customer_feedback.asp. We will reply to you in not later than 3 working days.
