Home Protector is a non-participating reducing term plan designed to provide insurance protection on a mortgage loan. The insurance protection decreases each month from the initial Policy Sum Insured based on a chosen interest rate. This plan has no cash value. This plan is available as cash plan only.

  1. Protection for death, terminal illness as well as total and permanent disability with a lump sum benefit payout
  2. Premium ceases for the last 3 years of the policy while coverage continues
  3. Flexibility to choose your preferred interest rate and the length of the policy term
  4. Add supplementary benefits to provide additional benefit and protection
